Easy recipe for soft, golden cookies

We revisit a classic snack to help you enjoy the benefits of the CBD! Discover the countless recipe possibilities to make cookies that are soft inside and crispy outside that will delight even the most discerning palates.

  • 85gr soft butter
  • 1 egg
  • 85 g of sugar
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of baking yeast
  • 30 mg of CBD oil (adapt the quantity according to the concentration of your oil)
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar (optional)

It is also possible to replace 35gr of butter with marrakech butter. Find a recipe for cannabutter here.

Choco cookies

– 100 g of chocolate

Almonds choco cookies

– 70 g of chocolate
– 50 g almonds

Seeds and sultanas cookies

– 70 g of raisins
– 50 g sunflower seeds

Choco seeds cookies

– 50 g sesame seeds
– 70 g of chocolate

White chocolate, cranberries and almonds cookies

– 50 g white chocolate
– 50 g of cranberries
– 50 g almonds

Caramel bits cookies

– Caramel bits

Fruits cookies

– Candied or fresh fruit according to the season

Basically whatever you have in your pantry that you want to use! 


1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).

2. In a mixing bowl, put 85g of soft butter, 85gr of sugar, the whole egg, the vanilla sugar, CBD oil and the chosen toppings and mix it all together.

3. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt.

4. Gradually add the mixture with the flour to the bowl containing the preparation.

You can mix the dough directly by hand to make it more homogeneous, thanks to the warmth of your hand.

5. Butter a baking tray or line with baking paper and form the cookies on the tray.

6. Bake for 10 minutes.

For more golden cookies, you can put them in the oven a second time a few minutes after they have cooled down.

More tips :
Replace some or all of the flour with crushed dry bread crumbs. Of course, a recipe without flour is quite unusual!

Brown sugar instead of sugar will make your cookies more colourful. 

This recipe keeps very well in the freezer, stored as dough in cling film. When you want to use it just cut it into rounds and put it on baking paper directly in the oven for 10min, no need to defrost it.
